Hey Spudheads, Our very own Uncle Larry will be dashing with thousands of other runners down Water St. to the Rail trail and back..in the official Jacubus 5K tomorrow AM. Go Spud.!!

Hey Spuds, Came back in from my run this evening with a new outlook on things.
I think i have a little demonic spud running around in my brain. What else would compell me to go out nite after nite and run 3 1/2 miles on the dark streets in the rain/sleet and snow?
Call it pride, competition, or just the fact that we Spuds have a target up our ass; it just makes me want to work harder..

Pre-SuperBowl Ride

Spud Run report

Well the first Jacobus Spud 5000 is in the books! GUL, brother Jeff and I ran 5 miles this Am with an 8 degree windchill! GUL just killed it, running like a seasoned deer up and down Water St.
GUL is just crazy but a great motivater gettin us to run.
Painful as it was running those hills, I had a great time.

Spud Run SAT AM

Grumpy UL,myself and maybe other family members are putting on the running shoes tomorrow and running, jogging, skipping in the morning since the trails are all ice. We had the huge ham dinner, scalloped spuds, broccoli, etc..plus dessert at his Moms house tonite and now we have to run it off tomorrow.

Meeting in Jacobus SAT @10AM and runnin the Jacubus SPUD 5000 (5 mile run on the road).

Ride for the Weekend

Hey Spuds, Looks like the next four days we will have Sunshine. Hopefully things will dry out a bit and we can ride somewhere this weekend. Post if anyone has any ideas for some rides.
